2) Eligibility (17+)
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3) The Service
Prismova helps you transform videos into dynamic Live Photos. You can import videos from your album or capture new footage,
apply effects, save outputs, share creations, and browse your history.
4) Account registration and security
4.1 Account Information
You may be asked to provide your name, username, and email address.
4.2 Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
- Use a strong password where applicable
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
4.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms,
used the Service unlawfully, or created risk or harm to others or to us.
5) License and acceptable use
5.1 License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to install and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use (unless we explicitly allow otherwise).
5.2 Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law
- Do not circumvent security features or interfere with the Service’s operation
- Do not upload or process content you do not have the right to use
- Do not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Do not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or automated abuse
6) User content
6.1 Your Content
You may submit, upload, or generate content through the Service (including videos, images, Live Photos, text, or other materials)
("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
6.2 Permission to Operate the Service
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and operate the Service
(for example, to generate outputs, store history if enabled, and enable sharing when you request it). This license ends when the
content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable operational backups and legal requirements.
6.3 Your Responsibility
- You have all rights necessary to provide the User Content to the Service
- Your User Content and its use with the Service does not violate any law or third-party rights
6.4 No Biometric Identification
The Service does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.
7) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

8) Intellectual property
8.1 Our IP
The Service, including its software, design, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Prismova Team or its licensors
and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the license granted in Section 5, no rights are granted to you.
8.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, to improve the Service.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRISMOVA TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE)
THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRISMOVA TEAM’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED
THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR
(B) USD $10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prismova Team from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Your violation of any rights of any third party
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Prismova Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13) Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
13.1 Mandatory Arbitration
Except as described in Section 13.2, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration.
13.2 Exceptions
- Bring an individual claim in small claims court, if eligible
- Seek injunctive or equitable relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access, to the extent permitted by law
13.3 No Class Actions
Disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis. You and Prismova Team waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
13.4 Arbitration Process
The arbitration will be conducted in a fair and legally compliant manner under applicable arbitration rules in effect at the time the claim is filed. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief a court could award.
If any portion of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect.
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 4.3. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.
16) Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prismova Team regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
