2) Age requirement (17+)

The Service is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

3) What the Service does

Prismova transforms your videos into captivating Live Photos. You can import videos from your album or capture new footage, apply customizable effects, save and share creations, and view your history of transformations.

4) Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

4.1 Account Information (provided by you)

  • Name
  • Username
  • Email address

4.2 Support and Communications (provided by you)

  • Content you submit when you contact customer support (for example, messages, attachments, and related metadata).

4.3 Photos, Videos, and Media Permissions

  • The Service may request permission to access your Photos/Media Library or Camera so you can select videos or capture new footage.
  • We do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.
  • Media you choose to process is used only to generate your output and is not used for advertising/marketing or training a model.
  • By default, your resulting Live Photos are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.

4.4 Location Information (only if you allow)

  • Approximate or precise location, depending on the permission you grant.

4.5 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (such as device model, OS version, language, identifiers where permitted by your device settings)
  • Usage data and app interaction statistics (such as feature usage, pages/screens viewed, and performance metrics)
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data

4.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies (where applicable)

If parts of the Service use web-based components, we may use cookies (and similar technologies such as web beacons) to help keep you logged in and remember preferences. Your browser or device may provide controls to manage cookies and similar technologies.

5) Optional AI-assisted features (if offered)

Some effects or tools may be labeled as “AI” or “AI-assisted.” If you choose to use such features:

  • Upload and Processing: Any images, videos, or text you choose to upload for AI processing are processed on Prismova Team-controlled servers (not by third-party AI processors).
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your uploaded content with any third party for AI processing.
  • Deletion: We delete the uploaded content promptly after processing is completed, and you control whether you upload and generate AI-assisted outputs.
  • No Training/Marketing: We do not use your uploaded content to train models or for advertising/marketing purposes.

6) How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and maintain the Service (including generating Live Photos, saving history, and enabling sharing)
  • Personalize your experience (such as remembering preferences)
  • Improve and develop the Service (including debugging, analytics, and performance optimization)
  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention
  • Customer support and communications
  • Compliance with applicable laws and enforcement of our terms

We do not sell your personal information.

7) How we share information

We share information only as necessary and on a minimum-necessary basis:

We may share information when you choose to share content (for example, exporting or sharing creations through your device’s share features).
